"Good quality, but not the cheapest option"
I’ve been happy with the quality overall, and it does feel well-made. That said, compared to a few similar options from competitors, the price feels a little on the higher side. It’s still a decent value, but I do wish it was a bit more competitive.

"Replies felt a bit slow"
They did get back to me and answered my question, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. But just going off my gut, the replies felt slower than they should’ve been. I wasn’t left completely hanging, I just wish the back-and-forth had moved a little quicker.

"Good service idea, but my order details keep getting mixed up"
I do like what Transfer Express offers, and when things come through correctly, it can be really convenient. I’ve ordered from them a few times because the process is straightforward and the products can be useful for the kind of planning I’m doing.

That said, the accuracy has been a real issue for me. One order came with the wrong quantity, and another had details that didn’t match what I submitted, which is frustrating when you’re counting on everything being right. The inconsistency makes it hard for me to trust them with repeat jobs, but I’d be willing to try again if they tightened up the order review process.

"Started peeling after washing"
At first, the prints looked fine, so I thought they’d hold up okay. But after just a couple of washes, some of the shirts started cracking and peeling. I followed the press instructions, so I’m not really sure what went wrong. For the price, I expected them to last longer. I probably won’t order these again...

"Ordering and designing felt harder than it needed to"
I was just trying to place a simple custom transfer order, but the site made it feel like way more work than it should have been. I kept clicking around trying to find the right options, and uh, I ended up going back and forth a bunch of times.
The design tool also didn’t feel very smooth to me. Things weren’t lining up the way I expected, the preview was kind of unclear, and I never felt totally sure what the final product was actually going to look like.
After spending way too long messing with it, I just gave up. Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but for me the whole ordering and design process was frustrating

"Showed up late and caused a headache"
I placed the order thinking I had plenty of time before I needed it for a job, but it ended up shipping way later than expected. The tracking wasn’t much help either — it barely updated, so I was just stuck checking it over and over with no real idea where the package was. By the time it finally moved, it had already thrown off my plans. Frustrating experience overall.
